Hi friends! I’m Holly Perona and welcome to my blog. I live in Ca with my husband and 3 babies! I was in desperate need of a creative outlet so here we are! If you stop by you’ll probably find me talking about my children, faith, painting, DIY attempts, my love for essential oils or road trips! My dream is to live on a little farm or at least have a bunch of animals. We already have a pet cow so that’s a start :)

3 things I did to make my mornings less chaotic

So, I am not a morning person at all. I never have been. I still remember the exact feeling I had during my school days when the alarm would go off and I seriously wanted to cry. It’s the same feeling I get now when my alarm goes off. Except now I can’t hit snooze… I have to get up and parent. And my kids usually wake me up before

Whole30 grocery haul on a budget!

I started my Whole30 journey today for the month of September and excited to share my grocery haul on a budget! I’m really looking forward to some positive changes but I am a little nervous. I have been trying to plan meals (something I’ve never been good at) and have food stocked up. I ran to the store today just to make sure I had enough snacks for the week

Beginner Whole30 experience

I have decided to try the Whole30 cleanse! Is it considered a cleanse? I’m not sure. I am going to document my beginner Whole30 experience here mainly to keep myself accountable. It wasn’t even on my radar until a couple days ago. I have always heard about Whole30, but never cared to look into it..why would I give up my favortie food groups 🙂 I like my beer, cheese and

Ready for a reset.

I had some time to myself today. A very short amount of time…but I got a lot of thinking done 🙌🏻 I had an appointment so my mom watched all of the kids for a couple hours. Lately I have just been ready for a reset. In every area of my life. I FINALLY decided to see a counselor and I found out my insurance will cover it! Can’t say

Pinecrest

We got to take a quick trip to Pinecrest this weekend and we are already missing it sooo much! We went up on Sunday morning and had to leave Monday but we packed the hours full of fun. I would love to be able to take a week long vacation sometime but that’s just not possible at this point. A con of having your own business…it’s hard to take a

First day of kindergarten!

Ahhhh so my girl finally started kindergarten. I have been a ball of emotions like most mamas are when their first baby starts school. I’m so proud of the little person she is becoming but also dying inside just a bit. My mom guilt has been crazy lately! I just hope I have done enough to prepare her in the 5 years she’s been at home with me. Not so

The best lashes without extensions!!

So, I have always had a love hate relationship with my lashes. They are actually pretty long but they are completely light. I have to wear mascara to make them stand out..and most days I just don’t get around to doing my makeup. The idea of getting eyelash extensions seemed like a dream come true. Until I heard the price…yikes!! The upfront cost is high and might be worth it.

Free wallpaper graphics!

I have always loved creating things. Since I’ve become a mom I don’t have as much time to sit down and paint like I used to. Or when I try to the kids get into everything 😬 I really like painting with natural light too so waiting until everyone goes to bed is not my favorite. I have been having so much fun creating graphics right on my phone! Such

3 favorite ways to use Young Living’s Seedlings Diaper Rash Cream

So, one of my favorite things about Young Living is their products are so multi-functional. Seriously you guys. With non-toxic products you have so many more possibilities on how to use things! One product I kept hearing about when I got started with Young Living was the diaper rash cream. There is an entire baby line of products called Seedlings that are amaaaazing! They are all lavender based and smell

Our first trip in the trailer

We were already able to go on a quick overnight trip this week in our new trailer! The main reason we wanted a trailer is because those quick trips are all we can take at this point. With Tom’s schedule it’s pretty hard to take off multiple days in a row. I’m still dreaming of SOMEDAY taking a week long vacation to Hawaii. But, for now the mini vacations are
